Cooked Crab Stocking

As handsome as he is in his natural colors, most of us prefer our Blue Crab cooked, and thereby respendantly red. So here he is, in bright red and lovely merlot/burgundy, ready to grasp the spirit of the holiday season while lending a coastal air to your holiday decor. Goes nicely with other designs from this collection.

Hand painted one at a time on an island on the left coast, this stocking measures 24 inches from upper right corner to toe, and will accomodate an estimated 447.63 cubic inches of gifts and goodies.

Depicted in nontoxic textile paint on lightweight upholstery fabric, interlined with polyester, fully lined and cuffed in pure cotton. Designed, painted, sewn, lined, copyrighted, signed under the cuff and painted for you from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where the Blue Crab’s cousin, the Dungeness, rocks the island.
