White Jellyfish on Royal

Not for the faint of heart!

Jellyfish, that is. This glorious white critter has been depicted against rich blue to emphasize his transparency and texture. The diagonal waves of his beautiful but poisonous tentacles suggest movement. And move he does, sometimes in graceful harmony in a school of thousands, and sometimes as a solo performer. As to the toxicity of his tentacles, well, in these parts we crabbers dread finding them entangled around our traplines. Ouch! They can sting for the whole day.

This 19" square pillow is about 5 inches deep in the center, and the indoor-outdoor fabric means it will look and function equally great on the deck of your superyacht, your sundeck, or just decking out your family room.

Inspired by a recent beachwalk with on which we discovered literally dozens of beautiful beached jellies. The design depicts how the offspring might appear if somehow a Moon Jellyfish mated with a Lion's Mane Jellyfish. Just use your imagination regarding size, as Lion's Mane Jellyfish can reach eight feet in diameter, While Moon Jellies seldom exceed 16 inches.
